Employment Agencies
Skills-outsource is free for employers. However, it costs us money, time and effort to create and maintain this site. It is only fair, therefore, that employment agencies pay a fee to use the service that we provide. We monitor the traffic on the site and can usually tell if an agency is masquerading as a private employer.
In order to have access to the job-seekers on our database, you are required to pay a fee of £30+VAT. This will give you access to the full details of up to 10 job-seekers on the site. We cannot guarantee that every listed job-seeker is still available for work, but selecting 10 will give you more than a good chance of getting the employee you are seeking.
Unfortunately we cannot refund the fee if you do not find who you are searching for from your 10 selections. All we can promise about the availability of the job-seekers is that the dates that the adverts were placed or last modified are accurate. The job-seekers are supposed to delete their adverts once they find a job. Unfortunately not everyone follows this instruction.
